Michael B Jordan who plays Adonis in Creed has been all the rage as Creed 2 was recently released.
We decided to put together a little ab circuit to follow the theme of the movie. Watch it below!
The Workout
Our Michael B Jordan Creed 2 inspired ab circuit includes 4 exercises.
- Punching Bag Crunch Ball Throws
- Standing Medicine Ball / Oblique Throws
- Thread the Needle -Plank Progression
- V Sit Oblique Throws
Go through 5-6 rounds doing between 10-12 reps of each exercise. Additionally, try taking minimal rest in-between exercises. Shoot for around 20 seconds.
