Benefits of Nutrition
In this episode of our summer ab series, we will discuss how nutrition can help you get abs. Everyone has abs of course but factors such as body fat percentage and genetics also affect if your abs will show. Furthermore, doing abdominal exercises is great, but for most people that will not be enough. As mentioned in Volume 1 you will have to focus on compound movements as it is hard to just decrease fat in one area of the body.
Dialing down on your calorie intake will be one of the most effective ways to manage your weight and help you decrease your body fat percentage. There are great tools out there like MyFitnessPal , which allows you to track your macro nutrients through out the day. This way you can monitor how much is coming in vs how many calories you are burning.
