How Often Should I Deadlift Each Week?
Deadlift frequency depends on your experience and adaptation levels. If you are a beginner I would recommend deadlifting 1/time a week. Furthermore, because deadlifts can be so demanding most individuals will be fine with deadlifting 1 time a week. If you are an intermediate to advanced powerlifters that has stopped seeing progress in the lift. That will be a time to experiment by adding in a second deadlift day.
When doing so create a primary and secondary day where you are varying the intensities to ensure you do not burnout out from deadlifting too often in one week.
