Full Body Med Ball Circuit

Try out this full body Medicine ball circuit. Great for building explosive power for all athletes.

The first exercise is a squat to throw. Keep the tempo slow when descending explode out of the bottom while launching the medicine ball into the air.

The second exercise combines med ball slams and med ball twists. drive through your lats when throwing the ball straight down. Additionally power through your obliques for the med ball twists.

Lastly, the third exercise focuses on your abdominals. Keep your ribcage up and core engaged.

I would recommend 5 rounds with a 30-60 second rest brake in-between.
