One Arm Pullup
The one arm pull-up is an advanced Calisthenics (bodyweight) exercise. Furthermore, we recommend you can do around 12-15 strict pullups before attempting the one arm pullup.
The exercise requires an enormous amount of back strength, supplemented by your biceps and core muscles to help stabilize your body.

- Assisted Jumping Single arm Pull ups
Try these exercises in order. When you can do about 5-10 controlled jumping single arm pullups you will be well on your way to doing your first one arm pullup!
