Quick Total Body Circuit

Here is a short full body workout you can do if you do not have a lot of time to get in a workout. Additionally, it can be used as a finisher at the end of your workout.
The circuit includes:
1. A set of front squats with a kettle bell.
2.) Skipping,
3.) push-ups to a row.

I would recommend doing 5 cycles of the circuit taking no rest between exercises and one minute break between sets. You can cater the circuit to your fitness ability e.g. doing more or less, sets/reps/ rest time.
