Muscle Up Drop Set Workout

Here is a short clip of how I ended my upper body workout. I ended up doing 2 sets of Muscle-ups, wide grip pull-ups and TRX rows. I took no break between exercises and rested for one minute inbetween my sets.

Drop sets are a good way to burn out your muscles, and they make for a great finisher at the end of your workout.
