Adding circuits to the end of the workout is a great way to finish your workout strongly! Get creative, take a few exercises, and challenge yourself.
Try this advanced circuit if you are looking for a challenge. Do one rep of each exercise for as many rounds as you can.

- 1 MUSCLE UP
- 3 SECOND FRONT LEVER
- 1 ARCHER PULL UP (PER ARM)
- 1 WEIGHTED PULL UP (20lbs)
