There is a huge variety of different exercises out there. Additionally, sometimes we can get caught up in trying to lift more weight or look cool. The simple answer is that it’s not worth it. If you are not sure how to do an exercise either look it up before hand or ask someone knowledgeable like a personal trainer. Next, if the weight is too heavy don’t do it. Lastly, don’t do something you think looks cool just to impress others. Chances are you will become an internet meme sensation.
