Pre made workout plans can be helpful for individuals which know they want to workout but often got lost in the gym. The plan will provide structure to your workout and will help keep you motivated by taking the guessing game away.

A good workout plan can help you get an idea of how to structure workouts and provide a framework to build off of.

Even a seasoned veteran of the gym can benefit from advanced workout plans while looking for new ways to challenge one self.
Assessment – Before You Start
Before the plan begins create a baseline (starting point) to track progress made throughout the plan. There are multiple ways to create a baseline here are few things you can measure:
- Weight
- Measurements
- Body Fat Percentage
Set the baseline towards fitness goals. For Example, looking to increase strength for bench press, find where your bench press lies before the program starts.
It is also smart to contact a physician when taking on new plans to make sure it is suitable for you.
Following the Plan
It is still important to be conscious of what the plan entails, meaning understand your body’s limitations. For instance, does the plan tell you to squat and do you have tight hip flexors limiting you to effectively squat or perform the exercise. If so stand back, and look for a suitable substitute.
Make sure to track progress throughout, record the amount of weight, reps, rest period etc in order to get the most out of the plan.
