Male Advanced Workout Plan –  You need more of a challenge? This program is for the experienced gym goer who is going to stay on top of their game! These workouts will challenge you by using  diverse movement patterns with a strong focus on compound movements. 2 x Upper body, 2 x Lower body and a giant set session will be sure to leave a few DOMS! This program has 5 workouts a week spanning 4 weeks.
