This upper body workout is all about the ropes! It consists of three exercises utilizing the ropes. Check out the video below.


1. Rope climb x 3-4 sets
2. Battle ropes x 4 sets 20 seconds
3. Sled Pull x 4 sets

Great way to target the majority of the muscles in your upper body including your back, abs and arms.

The rope climb will target your back (lats) and also your biceps while your core is stabilizing your body.
Battle ropes is a great exercise for muscular endurance, there are a lot of different variations outside of what was shown in this video.
Sled Pull will target your abs and lats, as you are pulling from the plank position.
