Supine Med Ball Throw – Better Your Power Toss

Today we are looking at a supine medicine ball chest throw.

This exercises works your chest, anterior deltoids and triceps. It helps to improve your explosiveness throughout pushing movements. It can be beneficial for athletes which simulate pushing and pressing in their sport like football.
This exercise can also be used to help athletes improve their power ball toss, which is one of the exercises Check My Athletics uses in our combines to assess an athlete’s upper body strength.

Important cues, make sure to keep your back flat, shoulders retracted, engage your abs by keeping them tight and explode up by extending through your elbows.
