Build A Bigger Deadlift – Favourite Cue
My favourite cue for building a bigger deadlift and increasing your lifting numbers is to ditch the mindset of pulling the weight. On the other hand, think of the deadlift as a push instead. In most cases it is easier to push wieght than it is to pull. With this in mind, think of leg pressing the floor and pushing the weight away from the ground as you lift it. This is a really great mental cue that has helped me to be able lift 3x my body weight.
