Local Powerlifting Competition

After playing competitive soccer since I was ten years old and lifting heavy on my off season. I finally decided to jump all in to the powerlifting world by competing in my first meet. I did the Vault Open in Guelph Ontario on March 4th. To my surprise the meet went amazing. Furthermore, I was able to hit a qualifying total for Nationals winning my weight class and overall best male lifter!

Check Out a Recap of How I Did Below
