Road To Nationals Episode 6
Welcome to the latest update on my road to the Canadian National Powerlifting Championships. I will be taking a pit stop on my road to Nationals at Provincials November 4th. Futhermore, at provincials I will be focusing mainly on my deadlift as I am hoping to break the National 83kg Deadlift record.
