Mobility Exercises To Promote Healthy Joints
As a powerlifter I put my joints under a considerable amount of stress. In order to stay healthy I have to regularly do mobility work. Furthermore, most individuals understand the benefit of stretching after workouts. It is also good to look at mobility exercises which can help to promote joint health and ensure your joints are moving effectively.
CARS
CARS? No, I’m not referring to the vehicle you drive everyday. Let’s discuss controlled articular rotations! Simply put this consists of performing circles working through the full range of motion of your joint. Personally, I try to do CARS everyday in order to make sure I can access the full range of motion of my joints.
