Improve Speed: Partner Glute Ham Raise

Here is a great exercise you can use to help improve your speed when sprinting.

The partner glut ham raise targets the muscles of your posterior chain including your hamstrings and your gluteus which are two primary muscles when you sprint.

You do not need any equipment but someone to hold down your feet. It is very important lower your body slowly as you are working through an eccentric contraction.
