Improve Shoulder Mobility From The Office
Many bad habits we create over the day can cause imbalances in your shoulders. Your shoulder is a complicated ball and socket joint. To keep this simple. Most people usually default into a position where their shoulders are internally rotated. This can happen when we are sitting, driving, typing watching T.V or working at a 8 hour desk job.
What is happening when our shoulders are constantly in a state of internal rotation?
Our anterior chest and shoulder muscles tighten, and our posterior delts lengthen and become weaker. This causes an imbalance which can lead to shoulder pain and affect your performance in your sport and your workouts in the gym.
