Powerlifting Competition Prep
I am five weeks out from the Central Powerlifting Competition under the Canadian Powerlifting Association. I decided to capture a bit of my story by filming a whole week of training. Furthermore, I tallied all the volume lifted after each day and quantified it by comparing it everyday heavy things!

My split contains 6 workouts a week with 1 day of rest. This includes 3 bench days, 2 squat days and one deadlift day. My overall goal is take the Deadlift National record by the time Nationals rolls around February 2019.
