CMA Training Series – Better your Vertical

This video demonstrates two exercises which athletes can use to improve their vertical jump. The Vertical jump is a quick movement utilising fast twitch muscle fibres, which looks at how high an athlete can elevate themselves off of the ground. The vertical jump directly correlates to how much power an athlete can generate through their legs.

Athletes can use the exercises demonstrated to help build their leg muscles, which will help them to increase the power they are able to generate in-order to improve their vertical jump.
