Authentic Brands Group is an American brand management company. On March 1,2022 ABG announced they had completed their acquisition of Reebok from Adidas. AGB portfolio includes 63 brands including big names such as Aeropostale, Forever 21, Nautica and the recent addition of Reebok.

Front Office Sports reports Authentic Brands group purchased Reebok for $2.46 Billion. This is ABG’s largest acquisition dating back to 2010 when it was founded. For reference Footwear News stated Adidas purchased Reebok in 2005 for $3.8 BIllion.
