Ontario Provincial Powerlifting Championships
Sunday November 3rd, at 8:30 am EST I will be competing at the Ontario Provincial Powerlifting Championships. The competition takes place in Bowmanville Ontario at the Garnet B. Rickard Arena.
I will be attempting to re brake my National Deadlift Record consecutively for the 4th time in a row while also breaking the unofficial deadlift record!
