Speed, Agility & Strength Training Drill

This is a great drill to help improve your agility & strength.

We go through 4 Different exercises
1. Single leg box jumps
2. Ladder Drill
3. Bunny hops
4. Lateral Steps

The Single leg box jumps are great for developing strength and explosive power in your lower body.
The ladder drill and bunny hops will work on your agility.
Lastly, the lateral steps will help to develop muscles you may not always think of training when you step in the gym, it will work your abductors and adductors. A lot of athletes forget to train using lateral movements which is very important because when you compete you move in all directions.

To change the difficulty you can:
– Decrease/increase sets
– Decrease/increase rest time

I would recommend trying to go through each exercise 3 times then taking a break and that will be one set. Repeat for 3-5 sets.
