Warming Up Your Shoulder
Warming up in general is essential when you are working out or competing in a sport. When it comes to the bench press it is important to warm up your shoulders to help keep them healthy and decrease the risk of injury.
You may have had a varying degree of shoulder pain or aches from working out. This is common among a lot of individuals but it can me mitigated and really shouldn’t be a norm among lifters.
So unless you want to get stuck with only doing leg exercises we suggest you pay attention and start taking better care of your shoulder through mobility, proper from and Warm ups!
