Build A Better Deadlift
Back in November of 2018 I broke the Canadian National Deadlift record in the 83kg weight class. Deadlifts are definitely my best lift so I want to share some tips which can help you improve your pull.
I am starting a new series on Kafui Fitness’s Youtube channel which will provide short clips giving you deadlift cues and pointers. The aim is to help you set up better and lift more efficiently. This will help decrease the risk of injury and help you to start deadlifting more weight!
