This is for anyone looking to increase strength whether you are looking to compete or just improve your squats, bench and deadlifts.
How does it work?
After you sign up by completing the payment link below, you will be sent a Waiver form (within 24hrs). Additionally, I will reach out to set up an initial meeting or call (please email email@example.com if you don’t receive anything within 48 hours). After our initial meeting I will begin to develop your plan. You can opt for a weekly email check in, You will provide video of your lifts and you will get a review and an assessment of your progress. I will respond to the email with feedback. Additionally, if needed we can do video calls. Please note just because I do weekly check ins, does not mean you cannot contact me if you have other questions or something comes up I will be available for you.
I ask for a minimum 8 week commitment, and a 4 week cancellation notice.
